How does the free trial work?
The free trial lasts 14 days. If you decide to continue using Tripcatcher after the free trial period has ended, carry on using the app as usual, we’ll do the rest. Payment will be deducted automatically from your card once the trial period has ended.
If you chose the monthly payment plan your future Tripcatcher payments will be deducted automatically from your card every month. If you chose the annual payment plan (for a Tripcatcher individual account only) the future payments will be deducted on an annual basis.
How do I cancel my Tripcatcher subscription?
To cancel your Tripcatcher account, go to your Account page in your Tripcatcher web app and click on the “Cancel Account” button. This will cancel your account at the end of your current billing period and you can use Tripcatcher until then. Once your account is cancelled (at the end of your billing period), you will receive an email confirming your account was cancelled. No further charges will be taken.
If you are trialling Tripcatcher, cancel before the end of the 14 day trial period and you will not be charged.
What type of payment is accepted?
You can pay by VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Payments will appear as ‘Tripcatcher subscription’ on your bank or credit card statements.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there is no contract. You simply need to accept the T&Cs when you sign up. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
